I have lived experience of self-harm and a passion for speaking about the personal and professional impact that it has had on my life and training. I am available to speak to groups of professionals, delivering a presentation containing information from a practical point of view on how to work with self-harm and the ability to speak from the perspective of someone who has lived experience of it. I am also open to speaking about my lived experiences with groups of young people and/or service users. Please contact me if you wish to discuss this further.
